“La Vera Crescia di Gubbio” is a product made with simple and genuine ingredients: water, flour and yeast. The mixture obtained is placed on the “panaro” (a circular wrought iron plate) and cooked under the ashes of a wood fire. Excellent to be enjoyed stuffed with meats and cheeses or as an accompaniment to more elaborate dishes as a substitute for bread.

Type 0 wheat flour, water, leavening agent ( E450I, E500II, cornstarch), salt, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate).

May contain traces of: milk and derivatives, soy.
